Attorney Scott Wolf was recently elected Vice-Chairman of the City of Newton Planning and Development Board. Attorney Wolf has been a Member of the Board since 2006.

Victory on New Massachusetts Homestead Statute - The firm successfully vacated a real estate attachment that allowed the client to sell his principal residence and keep the proceeds of the sale based on the argument that the equity in his home (rather than the value unreduced by mortgage debt) was less than the amount protected by homestead, by relying on the new Massachusetts Homestead statute. |
